  • Dr Katie Doyle is an aquatic ecologist with more than 15 years’ experience researching the ecology, management, and restoration of freshwater and marine ecosystems.
  • Katie undertakes research across various aspects of marine and freshwater ecosystems.
  • Her interests are fish passage and fish migration, human disturbances on aquatic ecosystems, invasive species ecology, fisheries conservation and recreational angling.
  • Her current research focuses on fisheries management at river infrastructure such as hydropower and irrigation schemes.
